Babies at rest !

Rest and sleep makes babies fresh. Like grown ups kids also needs rest and time out to relax from play of course ! The need for sleep for kids is definitely much more . New born babies take 20-22 hours sleep and get awake when they feel hungry. Gradually they start waking up for longer hours as they grows. At around 4-5 months babies gets in to routine of sleeping hours. Its advisable that till age of 5 years kids should take a nap in day time.

If babies get disturbed sleep there health tends to fall and it effects the mental development as well. They get cranky and brain functioning slows down. Be careful of their rest timings. Its vital factor and affects overall growth.

  • Comfortable Bed !
  • Put on a mosquito replant . Bye bye bzzzz…..bzzz…. huh ! Kids hate it !
  • Good ventilation in babies room. Where baby sleeps.
  • A dim light /foot light is advisable in babies room. No dark room please they might get scared !
  • Peaceful environment is suggested for a sound sleep for little prince and princesses.
  • Always make them sleep on a scheduled time.

Early to bed and early to rise will make our kids healthy and wise !
